About that second one:

My brothers were my first scape goats. At 9, I used to force them to listen to me teach them from my school notes.

(I was bored one day in August during our ‘long vacation’, so I took the mini white board at home and ran a makeshift school for them. It was a whole thing. I’d ask them to wear their school bags, but was also kind enough to give them some minutes for break... and snacks they could eat).

*PPS: The 'box room' was where we kept our boxes in boarding school. Our hostel manager opened it only on Saturdays. I used to ration my provisions by week and keep them in my box, so I didn't finish them all by third week. Can you relate or were you a day student?
